The main function of the Sales Sub-Committee, as stated in the Council Constitution, is to raise fund for Student Welfare Fund, which benefits the less privileged as well as sponsors all council events. This is done through the running of Sales Corner, which is located at the second level of Oldham Wing. A wide range of ACJC Merchandise, including ACJC Hoodies, T-shirts, files, notebooks, teddy bears and many more ACJC exclusive items are available to suit the needs of the AC population including both teachers and students. Another main aspect of Sales Sub-Committee’s duties is to manage the rental and maintenance of the lockers located around the college, for the convenience of many performing arts and sports CCA members. 

Apart from managing daily sales activities, the 39th Students’ Council Sales Sub-Committee also hosts a series of events to promote AC Merchandise. Planned under the theme of “Pictures Speak Words”, Sales Catalogue 2015 is stylishly designed to relate AC Merchandise to our school life; Making a connection between red, blue and gold collegiates to “our hearts”, “our hopes” and “our aims” respectively, Mass Collegiate Order 2015 is planned to promote AC Spirit with our very own ACJC Collegiates; Jumbo Sales 2015, the biggest sales event of the year, adopts the theme of “Our ACStory”, which attempts to connect with the student body in our communal experiences using AC Merchandise.

Through the promotion of AC Merchandise, we attempt to advocate AC Spirit and celebrate AC experiences. The 39th Students’ Council Sales Sub-Committee seeks to consistently improve ourselves and carry out our duties with efficiency, meticulousness and more importantly, passion and resilience.
